 2nd CDGA Amateur Four-Ball Championship Qualifier Details  
 
OVERVIEWThe entry fee for this is qualifier is $350 for the team. If you qualify for the championship, there is no additional fee.
FORMAT18-holes of stroke play qualifying competed at scratch. Partner event where two competitors play as a team, each playing their own ball. The lower score between to the two is the score for the team on that hole.

You must qualify to have an opportunity to play in the Championship at Wynstone GC. The Championship week and eligibility is explained below.
FIELDLimited to 48 teams at each qualifying site. The number of teams at each site will determine the number of qualifying places.
TEE TIMESTee times will be e-mailed and posted on the CDGA website 10-14 days prior to the event.
NOTESA contestant may only attempt to qualify at one site.

FORMATTwo competitors play as partners at scratch, each playing their own ball. The lower score between to the two is the score for the team on that hole.

18-hole stroke play qualifying on Monday to determine the low 16 teams advancing to match play. Match play will be conducted Tuesday-Thursday (All matches are 18-holes).
ELIGIBILITY:Index Limit: max: 10.4   

The Championship is open to any active CDGA Member with a individual handicap index not exceeding 10.4. Partners do not have to be from the same club, however they must both hold an active CDGA membership. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry, and extend special invitations.
No Partner changes once you have qualified into the Championship. 

Show Qualifying Exemptions Listing
FIELDThe Championship field will include exempt players and contestants who qualify from one of the qualifying sites.
STARTING TIMESTee times for the Championship will be e-mailed and posted to the CDGA website 10-14 days prior to the event.
PRIZESGift certificates will be awarded to the Quarterfinalists and above.
TIESA sudden victory format will be used to break all ties for the final qualifying places of match play. In the event a match ends in a tie, play will proceed on a sudden victory basis.
RESTRICTIONS*Partner Changes are NOT allowed once you qualify into the Championship.
*Non-metal spike policy is in effect at all stages of the championship.
ADDITIONAL INFO:Players may use Distance Measuring Devices in all CDGA qualifiers and championships.
