The CDGA Player of the Year award was established in 1993 as a season-long award of excellence in association, state and national golf events. Click on a post-2000 winner below to see a breakdown of that year’s Player of the Year standings.
NOTE: In 1995 categories for both senior players (age 55 and older) and players from Central Illinois were added. The Central Illinois Player of the Year (called the Heartland Cup Player of the Year until 2006) was discontinued after the 2013 season.
