Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the My CDGA app ready to use. Do not open the electronic scoring platform until instructed (specific details provided at your starting tee).

This is a 54-hole stroke play Championship taking place September 16 - 18. All players will play 18 holes on Monday and Tuesday, with the low 35 and ties advancing to the final 18 holes on Wednesday.
LOW SUPER SENIOR: Contestants who qualify for the Championship and have reached their 65th birthday, will compete for the Low Super Senior as well as the 54-hole Championship. The first two days of stroke play will determine the Low Super Senior. In the event that the Low Super Senior’s score is low enough to make the 36 hole cut for the State Senior Amateur Championship, he will continue to compete on the final day for the State Senior Amateur Championship. ELIGIBILITY
The Championship is open to any senior amateur who is a current resident of Illinois, has a current handicap index not exceeding 10.4, and who has reached his 55th birthday on or before the start of the Championship. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry and extend special invitations.

Rockford Country Club is allowing practice rounds. Pricing: $50 Green Fee & $22 Cart Fee.

Individual caddies are permitted at all CDGA conducted events.

Pull carts are permitted at all events. You are encouraged to bring your own.

STARTING TIMES
On Monday, tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.
On Tuesday, tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10. Wednesday tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. FOOD SERVICES
Breakfast: If available players pay cash or credit.
Lunch: Lunch is provided to the contestants for the entirety of the championship. Caddies and Spectators must purchase their own lunch, snacks, and drinks. Players are encouraged to bring their own water and food. Water and Gatorade will be provided courtesy of the CDGA. LOCKER ROOMS

In the event of a tie for the championship, there will be an immediate three-hole total stroke playoff. If a tie remains, play will proceed on a sudden-victory basis. Should conditions not permit, the CDGA reserves the rights to alter the playoff or tournament format.
