ANNOUNCEMENTS
Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the My CDGA app ready to use. Do not open the electronic scoring platform until instructed (specific details provided at your starting tee).

This is a 36-hole Stroke Play GROSS only event. Each entry will be placed in their respective Sport Class (15 Classifications) and play his or her own ball. All entries will have the opportunity to play a practice round on Friday, June 28 that is included in your registration fee.
ELIGIBILITY
You must have a WR4GD pass before you can be OFFICIALLY registered and a World Handicap System Index. Any registrations without the access pass will not be considered. WR4GD passes can be obtain through European Disabled Golf Association (www.edgagolf.com). This is a WR4GD counting event.
FIELD

PRACTICE ROUND
The Practice Round will be on Friday, June 28 starting at 12:00 p.m. on Course #3. Practice Round tee times will be emailed to players. DO NOT call the golf course if you need to change your time. Call Alex Nolly at (630) 685-2351 or anolly@cdga.org.
GOLF CARTS
Each player will receive their own golf cart.
CADDIES
Players may bring their own caddies.
PULL CARTS
Pull carts are allowed.
DRIVING RANGE
The Driving Range will open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
FOOTWEAR / SPIKE POLICY

STARTING TIMES
On Saturday and Sunday players will tee off on #1 starting at 10:10 a.m. and the last tee time will be 1:00 p.m. and played in threesomes or twosomes.
FOOD SERVICES
Drinking Water: Bottled water will be available throughout the golf course.
Breakfast: Coffee, drinks and snacks will be available. Food is available for purchase in the morning. Lunch: On Friday, Saturday and Sunday player and caddie will receive a lunch ticket that they can redeem at the 5th and 14th Tee or the hut by the main clubhouse on Course #3 good for a hot dog and bag of chips (if requested, the golfer can substitute the hot dog for a different food item: sandwich, snack item, etc.). Dinner: Friday night food will be available at Midwest Golf House starting at 4:30. Saturday and Sunday food will be available at the Chicago Adaptive Open Clubhouse Tent at 4:00 p.m. LOCKER ROOMS
Available - Locker rooms for both Men and Women are downstairs in the main clubhouse.
PRIZES
Overall, Womens and Senior Champion (55 and older). Each Sport Class winner gets a medal in addition to the top three payouts.

Hole location sheets for the First Round on Saturday will be available for players when they check in for their Practice Round Friday. New hole locations will be placed for the Final Round on Sunday and new hole location sheets will be available Sunday morning.
