Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the My CDGA app ready to use. Do not open the electronic scoring platform until instructed (specific details provided at your starting tee).

FORMAT

This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to the U.S. Open Final Qualifying stage.

ELIGIBILITY

Male professionals and amateurs with a USGA handicap index not exceeding 0.4

PRACTICE ROUND

Practice rounds can be booked by calling the golf shop after April 1 at (847) 740-4890. Green fee of $60 includes a cart.

Availability:
Monday - Thursday: anytime
Friday: before 10:30 a.m. or after 1:30 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: after 2 p.m.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted for Caddies only. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

CADDIES

Individual caddies are permitted.

PULL CARTS

Pull carts are permitted. You are encouraged to bring your own.

The driving range will open at 7:00 a.m.

Model Local Rule G-7 is in effect for this event

STARTING TIMES

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.

FOOD SERVICES

Breakfast: If breakfast is available, players may order food - and will pay cash or credit.
Lunch: If lunch is available, players may order and will pay cash or credit.
Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.
