FORMAT

This is a 54-hole stroke play Championship taking place June 10-12. All players will play 18 holes on Monday and Tuesday, with the low 20 and ties advancing to the final 18 holes on Wednesday.

Mid-Amateur Champion: Contestants who qualify for the Championship and have reached their 25th birthday, will compete for the Mid-Amateur Championship as well as the 54-hole Championship. The first two days of stroke play will determine the Mid-Amateur Champion. In the event that the Mid-Amateur’s score is low enough to make the 36 hole cut for the Amateur Championship, she will continue to compete on the final day for the State Amateur Championship.

ELIGIBILITY

Index Limit: max: 10.4   

The Championship is open to any amateur who is a current resident of Illinois, with a current Handicap Index® not exceeding 10.4. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry.
 

TEE TIMES

Tee-times for the Championship will be e-mailed and posted on the CDGA website.

TIES

In the event of a tie, there will be an immediate, three-hole, total-stroke playoff. If a tie remains, play will proceed on a sudden-victory basis. Should conditions not permit, the CDGA reserves the right to alter the playoff format.
