Event Overview

Participants will enjoy 18 holes of golf at historic Oak Park Country Club, a premier tee gift package, food and beverage, with fun and challenging on-course contests and team competitions. Carts and a forecaddie are included with each group.

The Cause

Over 80 Years of Supporting Our Nation's Veterans

For over 80 years, the CDGA Foundation has supported our nation’s veterans through golf. Proceeds from the Fore Our Veterans Outing, formerly the CDGA Foundation Golf Outing, will provide vital funding to support current day CDGA veterans programming that includes:

CDGA’s work in conjunction with RevelationGolf and the Hines VA Hospital's Central Blind Rehabilitation Center (CBRC) to employ the therapeutic benefits of golf as part of a structured rehabilitation program for wounded veterans, while also bringing opportunities to active duty military and their families.
The CDGA/VGA (Veteran Golfers Association) partnership that is a two-person golf series that offers veterans a platform to showcase their skills, camaraderie and competitive spirit on the course.
Honoring military families by supporting higher educational goals of veterans and their dependents through the CDGA / UVS Swing Club Veteran Scholarship Fund and partnership with Folds of Honor Foundation.
