ESPN 1000 and the CDGA are excited to announce a collaboration to form a new radio program, the "CDGA Golf Show" presented by Glenview Park Golf Club, which will air across the station 7-9 a.m. every Sunday morning between April 3 and Aug. 28. The "CDGA Golf Show" presented by Glenview Park Golf Club will be hosted by ESPN 1000 personality Tyler Aki and Chicago District Golfer magazine editor Barry Cronin.

Show content is expected to include interviews with top golfers throughout the region, news updates about the PGA Tour and other major golf events, interaction between the hosts and listeners, contest opportunities and more. The “CDGA Golf Show" presented by Glenview Park Golf Club on ESPN 1000 will complement the CDGA’s other communications vehicles (Chicago District Golfer magazine, CDGA.org, the My CDGA smartphone app, CDGA TV videos, etc.) to create an all-encompassing golf media network that informs, educates and engages the membership and greater golf community.

The ‘CDGA Golf Show` presented by Glenview Park Golf Club will keep golfers in the Chicago area, as well as outside the metro region, informed about the game from a local, national, and international perspective. In short, if it has to do with golf, the ‘CDGA Golf Show` presented by Glenview Park Golf Club will cover it.”

ESPN 1000, “Chicago’s Home For Sports,” brings local and national content to fans each day, invoking sports discussion with listeners as they cheer on their favorite teams. ESPN 1000 is also the Home of the White Sox.
