FORMAT	This is an 18-hole Stroke Play NET only competition. Two competitors play as partners, each playing his or her own ball while using handicap strokes. The lower Net score of the partners is the score for the team on that hole, thus taking the score of the better ball on each hole. It is the player`s responsibility to know the holes at which handicap strokes are to be given or received. Points will be awarded to teams based on finishing order. These points will not be tallied individually, but as a team. The top-36 teams and ties will advance to the Championship.
ELIGIBILITY	Age Limit: min: 21 Index Limit: max: 36 Teams may be made up of any two CDGA members at least 21 years of age - Men and Women with a valid USGA Handicap Index are welcome to participate. Maximum Handicap Index of 36.0.
FIELD	Limited to 50 teams per site. $360 entry fee is per team. You may register for as many Better Ball events as you wish.
PARINGS	All pairings for the Net Series will be based on total team index.
STARTING TIMES	All Qualifiers will be run as a shotgun - subject to change based on club needs. All start times will be emailed to the field 7-10 days prior to the qualifier.
PRIZES	All players will receive CDGA tee gifts and a $50 golf shop credit to be used before the shotgun start.
HANDICAP ALLOWANCE	Players will receive 100% of their handicap. Should the difference between the team members` indexes (effective the day of the event) exceed 4.4, the extra strokes will be deducted from the higher index. Prior to each event, An individual player`s index is based off the USGA Handicap Index effective seven days prior to the event.
