OVERVIEWMust be 21 years of age to participate.
FORMATTwo-Person Team - On each hole, all members of the team may hit a tee shot from their designated tee. The team then selects one of the tee shots and marks the spot from which to play. Both players will play the next shot and once again select the shot and mark the spot from which to play. This procedure is repeated until the ball is holed.
ELIGIBILITYAge Limit: min: 21        Index Limit: max: 36

Teams may be made up of any two CDGA members at least 21 years of age -- Men and Women with a valid USGA Handicap Index are welcome to participate. Maximum handicap of 36.0
FIELDLimited to 52 teams per qualifier. The CDGA reserves the right to adjust the field size as deemed necessary. Registration fee is $320 per team. You may register for as many Two-Person Scramble Qualifier events as you wish.
PARINGSThe number of teams entered at each qualifier will determine both the number of flights (maximum of four) and the number of teams advancing to the Championship. The top-two Gross and Net teams from each flight at the qualifier will become eligible for the Championship.
STARTING TIMESAll Qualifiers will be run as a shotgun or tee-times depending on the size of the field. All start times will be emailed to the field 7-10 days prior to the qualifier.
PRIZESStay & Play trips to Sand Valley Golf Resort in Nekoosa, WI., will be awarded at the Championship to the top gross and top net team in each flight. The Championship will have 4 flights.

Prizes and giveaways will also be awarded throughout the year at both Qualifiers and the Championship from the CDGA, Tour Edge, Republic Bank, and Zero Friction. Winning team names from the Championship will have their name on the Kemper Cup.

TIESIn the event of a tie for the Championship or qualifying place, under Committee Procedures 5A(6) matching scorecards, the Committee will use the USGA recommendation for breaking ties. The definition of the term ``last nine holes`` will be holes 10-18.
HANDICAP ALLOWANCEA team`s total index will be used to establish a team course handicap based on the recommended USGA handicap formula specific for scramble play. An individual player`s index is based off the USGA Handicap Index effective seven days prior to the event and will be capped at a Course Handicap of 36.
